What is the minimum order?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and specification and are confirmed in the quotation.
Where are prices and delivery times listed?
We quote individually. Price, currency, payment stages, lead time, delivery destination and shipping responsibilities are agreed in writing before an order is accepted.
Can we request different colours or sizes?
The presentation includes colour and size options. Send your requirements so that availability and feasibility can be confirmed for the selected model.
Are all garments certified protective equipment?
No general certification claim is made. Where a specific protective standard or technical requirement is needed, it must be explicitly agreed and supported by the relevant product documentation.
How are changes, cancellations and defects handled?
Contact us with the order reference and details. Changes, cancellation terms and remedies for non-conforming goods are governed by the signed contract and applicable law.
